How to Win Friends and Influence People: Smile!

Smile! It's contagious and invaluable.
On page 72 of How to Win Friends and Influence People, there is a beautiful excerpt explaining nine characteristics of The value of a Smile at Christmas. The chapter ends by saying:
So if you want people to like you, Rule 2 is:
                                                         Smile
I try to use this practice in all my affairs.
It's remarkable how effective this simple technique is in fostering productive dialogue.
I am also reminded, for whatever reason, of something Albert Einstein once said, which is something to the effect of : "Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted".
It has been proven that making a frown requires many more muscles and energy to perform than a smile, so why not take it easy, and SMILE!
